Server Log Files

This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Contact Form

4.Analytics Tools and Advertising
Google Tag (gtag.js)
To integrate the following Google services, we use the Google Tag (gtag.js) of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze the use of the website. IP anonymization is activated, so your IP address is shortened within the EU or EEA before transmission.
Storage period: user and event data are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking of Google Ireland Limited. The cookies used do not serve personal identification but the creation of conversion statistics (e.g. email lead, complete lead, demo request).
Enhanced Conversions: contact data is transmitted exclusively in hashed form (SHA-256). Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG.
Microsoft Clarity
To improve usability, we use Microsoft Clarity by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity captures anonymized usage patterns (e.g. clicks and scroll behavior) as aggregated session statistics and heatmaps. Clarity is loaded only after your explicit consent (analytics category). Data may be transferred to Microsoft, including in the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG.
Google Consent Mode V2
We use Google Consent Mode V2. This transmits your consent settings to Google and adjusts data collection accordingly (Analytics Storage, Ad Storage, Ad User Data, Ad Personalization). You can change or revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

6.Storage Period
We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
Contact inquiries: after processing and expiry of any warranty periods.
Server logs: automatically after a maximum of 30 days.
Cookies: according to your settings and the respective cookie lifetimes.
7.Disclosure of Data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties, except:
- You have expressly consented (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
- Disclosure is necessary for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR)
- There is a legal obligation (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR)
We work with carefully selected service providers (e.g. hosting, payment). They process data exclusively on our instructions on the basis of data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).
8.Hosting and International Data Transfers
This website is operated at Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data center located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
The FlowGenius cloud application is hosted by default in data centers in Germany or the European Union. At the customer's request, further locations within the Hetzner infrastructure are available; the specific hosting location is defined in the respective contract.
Exception: when using Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Google Ireland Limited is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
9.Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR.
10.SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the „https://" prefix in the address bar and the lock symbol in your browser.
